About Tendersight

We build Flow, the agent for public tenders.

Flow, the Tendersight agent, does the reading and preparation that public tenders require, and your team keeps the decisions.

Flow assesses an IT services tender, cites the documents it relied on and leaves the go or no-go decision to the team.

Flow takes on the reading and preparation. Your team keeps the decisions.

A public tender is a legal procedure set out in a notice, a specification, a draft contract and the authority's forms. Flow reads all of it, cites what it finds and prepares the work for review.

Built for companies that sell to the public sector.

Tendersight was founded in 2024 to make European public tenders easier to find and to answer. European public procurement is worth more than €2 trillion and is published across 27 EU countries, on TED and national portals, in many languages and under national rules.

Answering a tender is legal work. The contracting authority sets the rules in the notice and the tender documents: who may bid, what has to be proven, how offers are scored and which forms must be used. Much of the effort goes into reading that material closely and preparing documents that answer it exactly.

That is the work Flow, the Tendersight agent, takes on. It searches tenders from 28+ sources, reads the full tender file, answers requirements with the page they come from and fills the authority's own forms as copies. It asks before it changes anything important and never submits a bid. Your team reviews, decides and signs.

What Flow does inside Tendersight.

You ask in plain words. The results stay in Tendersight as alerts, pursuits, filled documents and scheduled tasks.

Flow creates the pursuit from the tender. On a schedule, it summarises the pursuits due soon and how complete they are.

How Flow works with your team.

These rules are built into the product. They decide what Flow does on its own and what waits for a person.

  • Cites its sources

Answers come with a list of sources. Answers from tender documents quote the text and give the page.

  • Asks before it acts

Changes to requirements, offers, documents, company details, alerts and scheduled tasks wait for Approve or Reject. Plans wait for approval too.

  • Shows every step

Each search, document read and file change appears in plain language while Flow works, and every approval stays in the thread.

  • Stays inside your team's data

Flow works with your team's tenders, documents and catalogue. Teammates can open each other's conversations read-only.

  • Never invents tender facts

Requirements come only from the tender documents. Flow does not make up prices, dates or citations.

  • Never submits for you

Flow does not submit bids to authority portals or send emails. Final review and submission stay with your team.
