A public tender is a legal procedure set out in a notice, a specification, a draft contract and the authority's forms. Flow reads all of it, cites what it finds and prepares the work for review.

Tendersight was founded in 2024 to make European public tenders easier to find and to answer. European public procurement is worth more than €2 trillion and is published across 27 EU countries, on TED and national portals, in many languages and under national rules.
Answering a tender is legal work. The contracting authority sets the rules in the notice and the tender documents: who may bid, what has to be proven, how offers are scored and which forms must be used. Much of the effort goes into reading that material closely and preparing documents that answer it exactly.
That is the work Flow, the Tendersight agent, takes on. It searches tenders from 28+ sources, reads the full tender file, answers requirements with the page they come from and fills the authority's own forms as copies. It asks before it changes anything important and never submits a bid. Your team reviews, decides and signs.
