In-depth analysis reads every document and lists the requested products, their requirements, the required documents and the award criteria. It runs in the background.
Attribute mapping compares each requirement with your product data. Answers quote the datasheet and the page, and gaps are flagged instead of guessed.
For items outside your range, Flow researches current market prices and saves them as quotation results with their sources, once you confirm.
Unit prices and quantities go into the authority's own spreadsheet and the formulas are recalculated. Flow saves a filled copy and leaves the original as it was.

How does Flow build our product catalogue?
From files your team uploads: CSV or Excel exports, datasheets and user manuals in PDF, XLSX, XLS or CSV. Flow creates the products and their attributes after your confirmation and uses them to match tender requirements.
Where do the prices in the offer come from?
From your catalogue and from quotation results. For supply lots Flow generates quotations and matches products to the requested items, and prices found by web research are saved with their sources. Changes to the financial offer wait for your confirmation, and the final price is your team's decision.
Can Flow handle lots with hundreds of items?
Yes. For large jobs Flow writes a plan for your approval, runs side agents for research in parallel and continues in the background, so you can leave the conversation while it works.
Does Flow fill the authority's own spreadsheets?
Yes. Flow fills the contracting authority's .xlsx and .docx forms in an editor, recalculates formulas and saves a filled copy. The original file is never modified, and files meant for submission are checked for internal notes before they are saved.
