Operatorii economici pot depune oferte ce vor contine urmatoarele elemente minime: - denumirea operatorului economic, - detalii referitoare la datele de inmatriculare ale firmei, - contul de trezorerie, - valoarea serviciilor fara TVA, - mentiune cu privire la perioada de garantie, - date de contact/ un numar de telefon activ. Mentinerea ofertei pe o perioada de 30 de zile de la data transmiterii. Oferta se va transmite pe adresa de e-mail achizitii_ipjtulcea@yahoo.com sau fizic la sediul IPJ Tulcea din str. Spitalului nr. 2, pana la data de 30.01.2026, ora 12:00. Conform caietului de sarcini atasat, in vederea incheierii unui contract pentru luna ianuarie.
