Prețul ofertat va include și transportul produselor la sediul achizitorului TRANSELECTRICA SA - STT Sibiu, Bd. Corneliu Coposu, nr. 3, loc. Sibiu, jud. Sibiu. Ofertanții au obligativitatea de a transmite oferta pe modelul de ” Formular de ofertă”, atașat la prezentul anunț publicitar În urma evaluării ofertelor, achiziția se va realiza prin catalogul electronic SEAP, în acest sens ofertantul declarat câștigător are obligativitatea de a posta oferta sa în catalogul electronic SEAP. Termen livrare produse: maxim 15 lucratoare zile de la data finalizarii achizitiei directe in catalogul SEAP. Loc livrare produse: TRANSELECTRICA SA Sucursala Teritorială de Transport Sibiu – STT Sibiu STT, Bd. Corneliu Coposu, nr. 3, loc. Sibiu, jud. Sibiu. Plata facturii se face după livrarea mărfii, cu OP în maxim 30 de zile de la data la care factura electronica este disponibilă achizitorului pentru descarcare din sistemul national privind factura electronica Ro e-Factura. Facturarea se va face astfel: CNTEE TRANSELECTRICA S.A.- STT Sibiu (Sucursala Teritorială de Transport Sibiu), Nr. Ord. Reg. Com.: EUID J2000008060404; C.I.F. RO13328043; Adresa sediului social: București, Sector 3, Str. Olteni, nr. 2 – 4; Cod IBAN: RO32RNCB 0227016318360001; Banca: BCR Sibiu În facturile emise pentru plata contravalorii produselor livrate, în baza prezentei comenzi, se va inscrie în mod obligatoriu codul CPV - 39715240-1, în conformitate cu art. 4, alin (21) din OUG 120/2021, cu modificările și completările ulterioare. Ofertele se vor transmite pe email la adresa: paula.marginean@transelectrica.ro. Termenul limită de transmitere a ofertelor este: 10.02.2026, ora 15:30. Eventuale răspunsuri la solicitări de clarificări sau Erate la prezentul anunț, vor fi publicate în SEAP la secțiunea "Publicitate Anunțuri" și vor purta denumirea (după caz): ”Răspuns clarificări / Erată la anunțul ADV.......... (va fi menționat nr. prezentului anunț publicitar)” .
