MATERIALE LABORATOR Obiectul achizitiei este reprezentat de furnizarea unui electrod de pH si a 2 senzori pentru determinarea oxigenului dizolvat si a pH-ului Autoritatea contractantă intenţionează să achiziţioneze aceste produse , în conformitate cu prevederile art. 7 alin. (5) din Legea nr.98/2016 cu modificările şi completările ulterioare. Furnizorul se obligă să furnizeze produsele în conformitate cu dispoziţiile legale, standardele tehnice, profesionale și de calitate în vigoare, precum și cu caracteristicile tehnice mentionate in necesarul de material anexat Produsele livrate vor fi insotite de certificate de calitate si de conformitate, emise de producator, care sa certifice parametrii tehnici si termenul de valabilitate, garantie si acolo unde este cazul instructiuni de instalare/montaj si folosire. Cantitatile din necesar sunt maxim estimate. Nota: Operatorii economici pot depune oferta pentru unul, mai multe sau toate produsele solicitate. Atribuirea se poate face separat, pe fiecare produs in parte, in functie de oferta admisibila cu pretul cel mai scazut Oferta va fi valabila pana la 31.12.2026 iar furnizarea produselor se va face pe baza de comanda, in maxim 5 zile, de la primirea acesteia de catre furnizor. ransportul va fi asigurat de catre furnizor la sediul autoritatii contractante. Propunerea financiara se va exprima in lei , fara TVA, iar preturile din oferta vor include toate taxele legale si orice alte cheltuieli care vor fi angajate de furnizor. Plata se va face cu ordin de plata, in termen de 30 de zile, de la emiterea facturii, in format electronic, de catre furnizor si acceptarea acesteia la plata de catre autoritatea contractanta Oferta se transmite prin e-mail la adresa: camelia.petrisor@daav.rowater.ro, pana cel tarziu in data de 06.02.2026.
