ACORD CADRU- LUCRARI PENTRU INTRETINERE CURENTA PODURI " ÎNTREȚINERE PODURI, PASAJE, PODEȚE, TUNELURI. ÎNTREȚINEREA ZIDURILOR DE SPRIJIN SI PREVENIREA EFECTELOR INUNDAȚIILOR" PE O PERIOADĂ DE 4 ANI - D.R.D.P. CLUJ Cantitatile minime si maxime aferente acordului-cadru se regasesc ca Anexa la documentatia de atribuire/Caiet de Sarcini. Valoare estimata a acordului cadru pentru o perioada de 4 ani: Valoarea maxima a acordului cadru este de 70.357.054,70 lei fara TVA. Valoarea minima a acordului cadru este de 12.013.639,27 lei fara TVA, conform estimarii din Anexa 2. Frecvența și valoarea contractelor subsecvente care urmează șă fie atribuite: minim 8 contract subsecvent pe an și maxim 16 pe an. Atribuirea contractelor subsecvente se va face in funcţie de necesităţile DRDP CLUJ. Numărul si durata contractelor se va stabili in funcţie de fondurile bugetare ce pot fi alocate cu aceasta destinaţie. Valoarea celui mai mic contract subsecvent este de: 187.713,12 lei fără TVA. Valoarea celui mai mare contract subsecvent este de: 1.099.328,99 lei fără TVA. Cantitățile minime și maxime aferente acordului cadru cât și cantitățile estimate minime și maxime aferente unui contract subsecvent se regasesc ca anexe la documentația de atribuire / caiet de sarcini. Limitele modificarilor la acordul-cadru vor fi in conformitate cu Legea 98/2016, si va respecta situatiile prevazute la art. 221 din Lege nr.98/2016. Autoritatea contractanta isi rezerva dreptul de a modifica contractul potrivit art. 221 din Legea 98/2016, cu conditia ca aceste modificari sa nu se incadreze in prevederile art. 221 alin.(7) din Legea nr.98/2016, adica nu reprezinta o modificare substantiala. Termene pentru depunerea/răspunsul la solicitările de clarificări/informații suplimentare: A.In conformitate cu prevederile art. 160 alin. (1) din Legea nr. 98/2016 cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare, termenul limita pana la care orice operator economic interesat are dreptul de a solicita clarificari sau informatii suplimentare in legatura cu documentatia de atribuire este de maxim 18 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. B. In conformitate cu prevederile art. 161 alin. (1) din Legea nr. 98/2016 cu modificarile si competarile ulterioare, termenul limita pana la care autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarficare/informatiilor suplimentare este in a 11 a zi inainte de termenul limita stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor. *Orice solicitare de clarificare transmisa dupa data mentionata la punctul A), va pune autoritatea contractanta in imposibilitatea de a oferi un raspuns in termenul mentionat la punctul B) si drept urmare orice solicitare de clarificare in termenele mentionate se va considera tardiva.
